We would like to inform you about an important reorganization within our SAP Support and Maintenance Center (CSM), which will take effect on January 1, 2025.
As of this date, we are pleased to announce that Jean-Michel Mahot, currently Application Support Team Leader, and Nicolas Le Menn, currently Managed Services Team Leader, will be promoted to the position of Head of their respective Areas. As well as taking on a new role as HR Manager for their teams, their commitment and in-depth knowledge of our services will be major assets for growth and innovation within their teams.
These appointments are a natural continuation of the previous interim organization presented to you in September 2023, following the implementation of several initiatives during this transition phase:
- Resumption of Vendor Maintenance by the TMA teams
- Improvement and harmonization of processes
- Streamlining of governance/templates between Managed Services & Application Support (e.g., using PowerBI)
- Expansion: enhancing our presence with clients
- Drastic reduction of WIP
- …
This reorganization also includes the opening of a position to replace Joseph Idiartegaray as Head of CSM. Joseph will continue in this role until the recruitment process is completed. Once this transition is complete, he will move to the Operations Department, where he will continue to play a key role in our strategy and development, offering his expertise and support to various departments on all our internal projects, whether operational, commercial, financial, etc.
